This Wednesday, we will continue working on the Activate America initiative, writing postcards to Democratic voters in rural areas and key Congressional Districts in Ohio to encourage them to urge their Republican Senator Jon Husted to protect Ohio families by opposing harmful tariffs.

Why should WE write to Ohio Democrats, you might ask? Because Senator Husted was appointed to take Vice President Vance’s seat and is up for election in 2026! Democrats can take control of the Senate if they gain four net seats, so let’s get Democratic voters thinking about how disappointing their current reps are and motivate them to turn out in November 2026!
